I always come around here for late night munchies and they've never messed up my order, the drive through line is always short and never have to wait long to be served the robot voice is off putting but pretty cool, the food is good priced and delicious I really reccomend the mozzarella sticks
The employees didn't seem to know what they were doing. Our order took over ten mins to fill. They asked us to go around thru the drive in window twice for some reason so they can complete the second part of our order. They told us they had no ketchup. How's that possible at a fries and burgers joint?!?! Both of our sodas were flat and tasted exactly the same even though we ordered a cherry coke and a diet coke. Went to the drive in wanted lemon pepper wings. The AI robot stated they don't carry it so I ordered bbq wings instead. When I got to the window I asked the human when did you stop carrying lemon pepper wings?? He said we carry them. The AI system always messes up on that one. So I didn't get the selection I really wanted. Please fix that issue. Humans seem to work better than AI right now.
