I had to repeat my orde several times, I think the girl may have been new and no one was really helping her. We waited for a really long time and there was no one else even there. We didn't get our sauces for the chicken bites and she asked us to check again because they are strict about the sauce and the other lady was rude to her about it and we only got one bbq sauce. The food was also gross and from someone who has worked a fryer it seems like their oil is old or the food was old.

The workers at this Rally’s know nothing about customer service. Not only did they have an attitude when I asked for no lettuce, but they also got upset when I said I was using my EBT card to pay. When I got home and checked my order they gave me a half filled caramel sunday, a sloppy rally burger that looked like it had been made since the morning, cold and grey. About 8 tiny pieces of chicken bites and no sauce. Before I mentioned the EBT they were friendly and had smiles on their faces. These people need a reality check. We all sacrifice to survive and there is nothing wrong with having a little help through the rough times. Paying with a regular debit card and paying with an EBT card should make no difference in the quality of service and product. Never returning to this location. It’s an embarrassment to the Rally’s/Checkers corporation. Do better.

The experience was terrible. I normally love Rallys, but tonight I waited over 40 min at the walk up for my food and there were missing items and all the rest of our food was cold. 9 cars were served in the drive thru after I ordered. Horrendous experience.

Went to the drive in wanted lemon pepper wings. The AI robot stated they don't carry it so I ordered bbq wings instead. When I got to the window I asked the human when did you stop carrying lemon pepper wings?? He said we carry them. The AI system always messes up on that one. So I didn't get the selection I really wanted. Please fix that issue. Humans seem to work better than AI right now.

There was nothing open and we decided to go here, the chicken tenders were cold from the inside. They didn't defrost them well and they were very expensive cold potatoes, cold burger and we ordered three orders of potatoes and we only received 2 and it is a long time to return because of the shortage, horrible everything and very expensive prices and poor quality and service

I always come around here for late night munchies and they've never messed up my order, the drive through line is always short and never have to wait long to be served the robot voice is off putting but pretty cool, the food is good priced and delicious I really reccomend the mozzarella sticks
