“This place is great. The burgers are really good and fresh. The new location in the food court is a little confusing. I've been here a few times so I know what to do, but, the first time I came I had to ask twice where to order. It is not well laid out. Order to food delivery is 15 minutes, which, means the food is fresh and I appreciate that. Expect a great burger! 2 double burgers for 2 was around $30, which feels like a reasonable price for the quality of the burger.“

Just had the most amazing sandwich ... the Jose's Special was outstanding. Hot pastrami, juicy roast beef, Swiss on grilled sourdough.
I usually get the Philly Cheese-steak, but wanted something different today. I found my new favorite.

“They have improved! I was so disappointed when my GPS took me here, because I have had garbage food in the past and they changed their ordering to a robot voice. BUT everything was amazing! I took my son there and the robot voice surprisingly did everything I wanted and even adjusted the price to make it cheaper. The food was incredible, the best Carl's jr I've ever had! It was fresh and hot! And Kayla the drive through worker was really great, she had wonderful service. I was so excited I went there again the next day and had the same great experience!
I am so thankful that they have made positive changes to make the customer happier :)“

“My roommate and I have been coming here for a while, it's easily one of our favorite regular spots. The atmosphere is stylish and gives off great vibes and always feels welcoming. The food is always fresh coming from local California farms. The drink menu is solid with all of the staples and some with added twists. The owners Chris and Jenn are amazing, they and their staff are always kind and provide incredible service. Other points to consider are the burger of the month, a rotating culinary delight often themed and always delicious, and the establishment holds many different events from art shows, drink and paint, trivia and so many others. Honestly, it's always a great place with friendly people. Chris and Jenn are leaders in the community and work to not only provide delicious food, and a great experience but also work hard to make the community better. Would recommend, and do recommend to everyone and anyone. 5/5 stars.“

“I haven't been to rudfords in years, do to moving south. I was so hungry for the outstanding split pea soup on Saturday, still the best ever. So glad jordan is still working there, he is so delightful and and friendly, he is definitely a keeper. So glad exmanager jose is gone,. What a scan. “I had the pleasure of encountering Ramon who was holding down the parking lot. He was so nice. He apologized for the wait and explained that only one tablet was working. I appreciated his transparency as I was wondering “what’s going on with in and out tonight?”. Andrew took my order, he was very thorough and efficient he got my order correct on the first try despite how busy he was. And at the window I had very friendly service. The food was piping hot and everything tasted amazing. I come here often but was impressed by the service at such a time as this“

“To start off, not a food reviewer but I had to come on here to give this shop a review! Husband and I just got 2 smash burgers and a fry. Let me just say WOW… (and we’ve tried 10+ smash burger joints all around the San Diego area) Fries were dropped fresh in the fryer the second we ordered, which you don’t get everywhere now days. Nothing but good things to say about the smash burger, fries and their signature “Sizzle” burger sauce! This place deserves the hype! This will be our new smash spot.“

“Been here twice now and my opinion of this place only grows. Kinchana is as committed to the community as they are making great burgers. They created a place where people can come hangout while they eat rather than turn tables and you feel that immediately when you walk in. “Took the family to Burger Kook in Bonita this evening. This was the first time we visited and it was a fantastic dining experience. this is a Family business serving fine quality food in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We ordered the cheeseburger, the pizza burger, the teriyaki burger and corn dogs. Everything was terrific and the owners stopped by our table to check up, and we really enjoyed having a conversation with each of them. they make you feel so very welcome. definitely a do again. Lots more menu items to try.“

“One of our favorite spots ever, the servers are attentive are really funny with us, they would throw some jokes there and there when they notice that you're friendly.
