“Came by late night from the Bay with my dog. My dog always goes crazy with excitement going through a drive thru as he always things its for him. Spoiled him from our Saturdays at Stabucks. Nigel was great and understanding when he wasnt able to hear my order over the barking. Thanks for the little extra love for Mr. Bowie! “My roommate and I have been coming here for a while, it's easily one of our favorite regular spots. The atmosphere is stylish and gives off great vibes and always feels welcoming. The food is always fresh coming from local California farms. The drink menu is solid with all of the staples and some with added twists. The owners Chris and Jenn are amazing, they and their staff are always kind and provide incredible service. Other points to consider are the burger of the month, a rotating culinary delight often themed and always delicious, and the establishment holds many different events from art shows, drink and paint, trivia and so many others. Honestly, it's always a great place with friendly people. Chris and Jenn are leaders in the community and work to not only provide delicious food, and a great experience but also work hard to make the community better. Would recommend, and do recommend to everyone and anyone. 5/5 stars.“

“Whoever was on the grill tonight (3/21/2026) you did an amazing job with my double double and the char on the patties. Whoever chopped the peppers however, may both sides of your pillow be very warm. Idk if you chopped them with a vengeance but these peppers are the hottest things I’ve ever had in my mouth. I thankfully was able to take a few bites of this amazing burger before being hit with the peppers and instantly seeing the fires of hell. These peppers have truly ruined my night and my tongue/lips. We got the Oyama and Kimgogi burgers with the sidewinder fries, mac and cheese nuggets (I could eat a bucket of these babies) and the cypher wings. Everything was flavorful and well cooked. “First time at this location but I've tried Hodad's in Ocean Beach and at the ballpark. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with a half priced Strawberry Malt because it was happy hour. The Bacon Cheeseburger was solid but just way way way too much onion and pickles. This is how it was at the ballpark and sad to see this is how it is in the restaurant. The milkshake was pretty good though and a great price at $4.50. Overall I would come back for the milkshakes but not the burgers.“

The pastrami burger- oh my…the bun was perfect, the beef and pastrami delicious, and the ONIONS WERE OUT OF THIS WORLD(wish I could do mine this way. Even the grilled cheese was top notch, done with crispy cheese inside and great quality bread. Lastly, we had the potato pirogies which were crisp and toasty on the outside and creamy inside and the hopping sauce we could DRINK. The employees were very nice and service was swift. “I'm surprised I've never reviewed. Beef 'n Bun. First, it would be hard to find a better milkshake in the County, but they've always excelled in their burgers and fish (like another place I know 😉). Fries? I'm generally not a fan of crinkle cut fries, and theirs didn't do much to change that.
That aside, I was in the area and since I haven't had anything besides a banana shake in a few years, so I went in for a monster burger combo upgraded with a large banana shake. A quick note - I tried to get a banana shake in Vegas several weeks back. I've never seen so many blank stares in my life. Sad.
My shake came out first, as always. But I wasn't expecting a THREE PATTY cheeseburger. Surprise! It used to be a respectable 2-patty that I could finish and still breathe. Not this thing. It's obscene and decadent and meaty and cheesy. The onions, tomatoes and pickles don't stand a chance against the meat sunami. The bun is there to make it look like a burger, but don't expect it to hold up for long. You're on your own. Just don't accidentally bite your hand off. I think B&B did great by making the monster burger just that. I tried my best, but I ate too many of their FRIES. Curse them, these were cooked longer and had more salt than the old crinkle fries. I have no complaints. I would throw in a picture, but it's about 2/3 finished and gross like a meat-car crash with my face.
As for the banana shake, I just finished it - 90 minutes later. I'm so glad this place has been so good for so long.“
