“We had the most delightful man on the intercom box, taking our order. Not only did he confirm that we got the order correct? But when we got up to the window, he was all smiles and extremely nice. His customer service was above and beyond. I'm only sad that I did not catch his name. So That I could put him in this review.
The fries we're the best fries i've ever had From jack in the box, and I can tell you, I have had thousands of orders of jack in the box fries. They literally were hot and fresh, and i'm not sure if it was that I was hungry or that they truly were the best prize i've had at any jack in the box. Kudos my friends.“

“It was a Fri during lunch but they seemed short staffed. Service was slow, so I ordered on the app. They were friendly and busy with the drive through line. I wasn't in a hurry, so no big deal. I tried a new burger and it was delicious!“

“These 5 stars are specifically for Quanda, the manager I interacted with and not necessarily the location itself.
I had an unexpected and stressful situation happen while I was in the drive thru yesterday and Quanda was incredibly kind, patient and understanding. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt heard and taken care of and her compassion genuinely stood out to me.
I really appreciated how professional and caring she was during a stressful situation. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes her job seriously.
The situation itself was pretty concerning and left me with some mixed feelings about the location but I still wanted to leave 5 stars because Quanda personally deserves the recognition. She was absolutely wonderful to deal with, and I hope her management knows how appreciated she is. :) <3“

“Burgers as good as they always are! Waiting for our food took a little long, but it was understandable as the place was packed completely inside and the drive-thru line wrapped all the way around.

“My roommate and I have been coming here for a while, it's easily one of our favorite regular spots. The atmosphere is stylish and gives off great vibes and always feels welcoming. The food is always fresh coming from local California farms. The drink menu is solid with all of the staples and some with added twists. The owners Chris and Jenn are amazing, they and their staff are always kind and provide incredible service. Other points to consider are the burger of the month, a rotating culinary delight often themed and always delicious, and the establishment holds many different events from art shows, drink and paint, trivia and so many others. Honestly, it's always a great place with friendly people. Chris and Jenn are leaders in the community and work to not only provide delicious food, and a great experience but also work hard to make the community better. Would recommend, and do recommend to everyone and anyone. 5/5 stars.“

“Anytime I’m in San Diego, Hodad’s is a must! The food is always fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is one of a kind while completely channeling that California vibe. Everyone I bring here absolutely loves it!
The burgers are juicy and exactly what you want a burger to be. The onion rings are some of the best I’ve ever had, and the ranch is fantastic. Portions are perfect, and I don’t feel like I’m overpaying for my meal, so the value is definitely there.
This will always be a stop whenever I’m in town!“

“Came here for lunch around noon on a Tuesday (8/11/26) on a coworker's recommendation, and it did not disappoint. It’s an unpretentious little spot right by the bay with fantastic views.
Service was friendly and fast. I ordered the All-American Burger, which comes with a side of pickles. The portion was huge, the patty was juicy, and the bun was perfectly toasted. While nearly $15 for a burger is a bit steep, the taste and the setting make it worth it. Highly recommend!“

“I haven't been to rudfords in years, do to moving south. I was so hungry for the outstanding split pea soup on Saturday, still the best ever. “Went here for my birthday with my family and there was excellent service and the food was outstanding! Will absolutely be coming back here in the future to try more of the menu! They took the fact that my daughter has celiac very seriously and made sure there was no cross contamination for her meal. 10/10 recommend. “After Gustave had catered an event at our preschool for the second time, he invited my colleagues and I to come by his new location in downtown, and we did! He served us personally and recommended just the right menu items for our preferences (vegetarian, spicy, mild,...), ordered them and served them. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasty hotdogs, corn and fries. Let's not forget about the drinks from the Abbey and the sweet desert: churro with ice cream! The atmosphere was casual, festive with the strings of lights and the very recently installed inflatable penguin on the roof, that conveyed Holiday cheer! Thank you Gus for a delightful evening!“

My son actually didn’t “love” the crispness of the single patty, and wouldn’t eat it. As we walked out, the owner came after us with a delicious hot dog dressed in ketchup just for him ❣ incredible food and service. Can’t wait to go back!“
