I wanted to take a moment to recognize Adrian and Nevaeh. I came in last night when it was incredibly busy, hot, and humid, and I was genuinely impressed by both of them.
They were working nonstop and clearly putting so much effort into keeping everything moving, yet they still greeted people with a smile and were incredibly polite, patient, and kind. Not once did they let how busy or uncomfortable it was affect the way they treated customers.
