Hate the AI ordering at the drive through, it always gets it wrong. My kids like having their hamburgers and fries once in awhile.
Walk up window service is slow since they're mainly a double drive-thru. Workers seem preoccupied with their personal lives versus working and customer service. Food is prepared kind of sloppily which . Makes it look less appealing/appetizing. Otherwise it's what you would expect at a Rally's. Love their French fries, Funnelcake fries, and shakes!
