“Hidden gem- thank you Yelpers! I've been searching fruitlessly for a good flat white for a few weeks. I wanted the taste of the kind you can get in France and I feel like a lot of the coffee here just tastes burnt.Well today my coffee wish came true. I actually go to this industrial park regularly for work but I had no idea this coffee place was there, just a few doors down from the unit I'm usually visiting. My loss! It's a little hidden from the main road but super easy to get to. If you're coming east off the 5, it's the first parking lot/ set of buildings on your left. Turn left as you enter the parking lot and then first right into the first row of parking you see between the two buildings, and it's about halfway down on the left. The service was really friendly and the coffee is sooo good and smooth! My afternoon is looking much better thanks to them. :)“
“The atmosphere was amazing, super chill employee and very nice. The prices were very reasonable too, and best of all the coffee was actually great, I've been to many coffee shops that have a wonderful environment but terrible coffee and this is definitely NOT one of them. I recommend it to anyone in the area or just passing by.“
“The BEST coffee on this street!! The staff is so friendly, the coffee actually tastes like coffee and isn't too sweet and the iced teas are so refreshing. They have vegan pastries and as a non-vegan I promise they taste so good. Plus it's a great spot to study or bring your laptop if you wfh.“
“Decent tea and boba spot, but very limited on choice of items to buy. However, the tea, boba, and waffles are tasty and reasonably priced. It is located in a convenient spot right off the freeway and near other stores and restaurants. It is easy to get in and out with plenty of parking. Service is good. Will likely be returning.“
“Ambiance was clean, classy & laid back. Service was friendly and attentive. I had a sugar free vanilla latte extra hot served in a ceramic mug. Solid cup of coffee. Free 1 hour parking in the parking garage they are connected to. Outside patio seating as well as plenty of indoor seating.“
“Got the Jalapeño Cheese Bagel sandwich with cream cheese and also a croissant sandwich with cream cheese. Very good! Also got a shot of espresso over ice with two pumps of caramel and some half and half on the side. The drink was very caramel rich, as if they might have used actual caramel instead of the syrups. It was all good.“
“I just finished enjoying the classic chilaquiles with green sauce, eggs over easy, and machaca. It just doesn't get any better. This is a hearty meal that satisfies down to your boots. The food was so great that I didn't take the time to shoot a photo. You'll just have to come try it. You won't be sorry.“

I always order the green tea so I can only speak for that quality and preference because I think Tap Ex tea lacks strength and flavor but that is just my opinion. The owner Rick is a great God fearing family man and that is a plus for me also.“
“Great local coffee shop in a tough area to find quality coffee. They made me a latte that was absolutely perfect! The prices are a bit lower than other places.Parking in the front is typically easy to find, with parking meters that are not expensive. Only cost me 50 cents to park.“
“This is a cute little café in Southwest Chula Vista. I learned about it via Groupon. The reviews & photos were very good, so we tried it. The area it's located in is a little sketchy, and from the outside you can't see its charm. It's very small and there were no sit-down customers when we arrived, so I was worried. The menus need to be remade; the pages are starting to peel and need to be wiped down. But the descriptions of the dishes were well-worded and everything sounded delicious. I ordered the D'Amour Avocado Toast and hubby ordered Chicken Enchiladas w/Molé & 2 eggs on the side. Hubby got the Mexican Mocha & I ordered a Latte w/oat milk. The place was nearly filled by the time our meals arrived, so my worries were gone. Everything was delicious! I loved the basil vinaigrette that is drizzled over the avocado toast (as well as many of their dishes) & the arugula salad. Hubby was very pleasantly surprised at how good his Mexican Mocha was, and I loved my latte as well. When leaving, I asked hubby if he would want to return to Rose D'Amour. He immediately said yes, so I bought two more Groupons. I would go without a Groupon, but since I was able to purchase two more, it was a bonus!“

“We hosted our daughter's 7th birthday party here, and were so happy with our experience. The owner was polite and kind, and the employees were very sweet and patient with 8 young ladies who wanted to see and do everything. Everyone loved the food and the birthday cake they created just for us, and the four teas we selected were absolutely delicious. It's definitely also worth noting that this place charges a fraction compared to the other tea houses in town; it made all the difference for us!“

“I come here often & the staff is the reason why this location is great. I'm greeted kindly & their hospitality is impeccable, often bringing my food if the place is not crowded with customers. Also, the music is not too loud. People can still have a normal conversation without having to raise your voice.“
“First time trying this place. Came in around 9:30am on a Friday morning and it was already quite busy. I ordered the divorced chilaquiles and added some chicken. The plate came with two eggs and beans. I also ordered a mazapán crepe and a caramel latte to wash it all down. I was highly satisfied with my breakfast. The waitress took out drink order very quickly and before we knew it our meal was out too! The place is fairly small and because the food is great it can get very busy and cause a wait time. There's also very limited parking so you might have to find street parking but other than that I was very happy with my order and will definitely be back to try more off their drink menu!“

“This was our regular spot until we discovered other areas that had delicious drinks as well but for a better price. A few times the drinks have not been consistent so one day it tastes great and then the next time (depending on who is making it) it tastes completely different. It's a cute little spot and much needed in that shopping center.“

“Baker here is such a hard worker! Stopped by late at night for a last minute pick up for the morning... it was around 11pm, and their selection was plenty! They have had mini donuts which I haven't seen Yum Yum carry before. This location has a pretty good selection and is more stocked than the Eastlake location. Will update after I eat some of the donuts in the morning!“
“I went here to get some bubble milk teaThe portions were large and the tea was really flavorful. The honey boba was chewy and sweet. I tried taro milk tea and got a jasmine milk tea to drink I'm the evening. Stored the jasmine in the fridge for a few hours and the boba held up against the tea and kept shape which was surprising.The service was really great and the person that made our drinks was polite and very efficient. The decor at this place was a little outdated, but there were a few places to sit. There is also outdoor seating in the shopping mall with pretty landscaping and shaded areas.Tapioca express was empty when we visited with no other customers. I guess people don't have bubble tea in the morning. ?♀️“
“I love this Starbucks location! All the baristas are very friendly, and they always have my order right with a smile! My Americano,I order with oat milk tastes delicious and the espresso beans are flavorful and never burnt. I also love getting my iced tea with lemonade, which is always refreshing. Definitely recommend this location whenever you crave Starbucks. They also have a huge parking lot as it is in a shopping center.“
“Caffe Tazza has one of THE BEST vanilla chai lattes you will ever have!!! If you like a sweeter chai as opposed to a spiced one this is the place to go. The service here is amazing the employees are incredibly kind and the environment is always so warm and welcoming. I especially love when they play old reruns of classic tv shows. I come here almost every morning and it's my go to place! Much love to everyone there“
“Came here for boba after getting dinner nearby. I got the milk tea boba which was really good! We also shared a waffle, which was a bubble waffle. They do half and half flavors so we tried the original and oreo, with the puff cream on the side. Personally I liked the oreo better, it had more flavor. The puff cream was also unique, it was slightly salty which was a good contrast to all the sugar. The staff here were super nice and helpful. There is quite a few seats available to sit at. Unfortunately I did not see any outlets if you need to sit and charge while working.“
“Out again with my mother for brunch on this beautiful sunny day in san diego, the cajeta latte and iced coffee called my name. Place is cute and comfy with great customer service and the server was attentive and accommodated us very well. The hot cajeta latte was delicious accompanied by a small biscuit nice and creamy with a well balanced flavor. The chavo del 8 torta was also a big hit french fries nicely seasoned and crispy. We finished it off with a cajeta banana and strawberry crepe which was also delicious not too sweet and not too overpowering which was great as a dessert I will most definitely be coming back to try more from their menu.“
