“I am new to IB and am just so impressed with Katy's Cafe! They are busy (so you know they're good!), but they get your order out quick. The staff is friendly, inviting and accommodating! I had my dog and daughter and they could obviously tell that I had my hands full and brought my order outside to me without me even asking. I have definitely found my go to local coffee shop!“

“Better Buzz in Imperial Beach is seriously the best! Everything tastes so fresh and clean, and the environment is absolutely phenomenal. The worker with the blonde hair is literally the best—he’s always so kind, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is satisfied. You can really tell he cares about the people he serves. Definitely come to this location—you won’t regret it! 🍵🫰🏼“

“I like to get chai and matcha here. Prices start at $5.50 for specialty coffee and non-coffee drinks which is very reasonable. They also have pup cups for your dogs and are generous with whipped cream.
Plenty of seating available or you can take the coffee to the beach or walk. Baristas change often but I never had any inconsistencies with my drinks. The young girl working there is really sweet.
I recommend this place for good prices and dog-friendliness.“

“Nice little ice cream shop in a great location by the pier. Service is friendly.
It was a bit busy on July 4th weekend, which is understandable.
They offer a variety of I've cream as well as shaved ice, hot and cold drinks.“

“Don't understand what's with the low ratings. This McDonalds is proof that fast food restaruants don't have to be trashy. The floor and tables are always spotless clean, staff is beyond friendly, and food is served accurately and in just 2 minutes. The girl with tattoos on her arms, the lady taking out the trash, and the other young lady delivering orders to the tables are always kind and have a smile on their face. That just reflects how responsable and committed the manager is. Love the consistency on how well and clean the place is kept every time I visit.“

Great location. Fabulous reviews. End veteran owned. I was super excited driving to this coffee shop. The parking is not great.
I thought the cortado was just okay. I could tell the coffee bean itself had good flavor, but the cortado fell flat, too much milk and served way too hot.
On a bright note, Trident has some amazing coffee shop stickers which my nieces will love. The best part, I was able to sip it on the porch in the morning California sun. It’s good to be home.
