“We were looking for a good breakfast spot. I had read about this place on another app and was excited to try it out. As someone with Celiac disease, I cannot ingest any amount of gluten. Finding a place that is both safe AND delicious is extremely hard. This place not only met those criteria, but surpassed all of my hopes. The food was AMAZING! So good, that we came back two days later for another round. Quality is there and so is the quantity - the portions are quite substantial! Love the little touches like the fresh flowers on each table. The chef has mad skills!! Everyone is so welcoming and the place itself is super cute. They also have baked goods that looked delicious, but we haven't tried any yet. I'm also looking forward to trying the lunch items and I saw items ordered by others and wanted to try them too. you HAVE to try this place - you will not be disappointed!!“
“What a great location with the lights sparkling around the bay! I had the onion rings (huge and crispy!) And the chicken quinoa bowl that was delicious! Each item in the bowl had been seasoned to be an individual flavor but they all worked well together in the dish. I will absolutely order it again.Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian version of the excellent chicken bowl I had.“

“The perfect milkshake! The chocolate peanut ice cream was the best I've had. A lot of places either don't have enough chocolate flavor or enough peanut butter. This was the perfect ratio! It wasn't too thick or too thin. Plenty of flavor options too.“

Their selection of beers on tap are exactly what you will be looking for. Right across the street from the IB pier (about 100 yards ) with patio seating that looks out to the beach. “I was looking for Carne Asada fries in Imperial Beach so I started looking at reviews and came up across Alberto’s and I was not disappointed it was a very good portion the fries were very good and meat well seasoned. I ordered a carne asada quesadilla for my daughters and I tasted and also very good most places the tortilla is always very greasy. I recommend this place it’s very delicious as someone who doesn’t go to many taco shops I really liked this place.“
“Service was good. Prices were reasonable. Decor was fun. My teriyaki chicken with rice was good. My daughter ate all of her chicken teriyaki bowl. My wife’s teriyaki steak was burnt, though. We sent it back (they actually just left the first one at our table). The second one was almost as bad. The server noticed and took that dish off of our bill without us asking (which was nice). Stay away from the steak and you’ll be fine. We would go back, so please don’t take this as a negative review.“

“Hubs and I are visiting from Wyoming on our honeymoon. We came to the Tin Fish on our first and last night in San Diego. I would have left 5 stars but both times that we visited they were out of the lobster Mac n cheese. However, the clam chowder in the bread bowl was absolutely amazing both times I had it. My husband had a cheese burger with the crinkle fries and again, both times, fantastic! It's a small but man do they make some darn good food!Thank you for making a part of our vacation memorable ❤️“
“The place is very well located. It's a small place, but there is space. Unfortunately there is no wifi to connect. The drinks are delicious, but they take time to prepare, because there is only one person. There is also no bathroom and you have to go out to the beach.“

“I was looking at the local breweries in the area and this one popped up. I've heard of them because of the collaborations they've done with other breweries so it was a must try. We weren't disappointed. Staff was amazing. Everyone was kind and accommodating. I was gazing at the beer list and an employee asked me what kind of beers I liked and allowed me to sample a few to pick the one I enjoyed most. They were all tasty. There was a variety for everyone. Pizza and wings were delicious. It's close to the beach and a cool place to people and car watch. We happened to see a bunch of vintage VW bugs and busses pass by which was really cool.“

Although City Tacos and Quiero Tacos are of from the same family, the difference is that Quiero Tacos offers breakfast, as City Tacos does not.That being said, I ordered a pair of sunshine tacos with their eggs scrambled. The tacos came with delicious re-fried chorizo beans, pico de gallo, house-made red salsa, and garnished with a sliver of fresh avocado at $3.50 a piece.The tacos were delicious. I liked that the corn tortillas had that wet appearance from adding a touch of oil to the hot griddle. The eggs were very well scrambled and seasoned, but what really shined were the beans. They were outstanding. The pico was fresh and tasty, and the house red salsa was very tasty and provided a medium heat. I a little more or larger slice of avocado would be nice.Sophia and Frida were both very nice. Sophia was super welcoming and helpful, and Frida was full of smiles. “The 2 slice pizza and drink special is such a great deal which is why I opted to come in here. They had a good variety of pizzas it was so hard to choose. I ended up getting it to-go because I was fishing nearby on the pier (only a 10 minute walk). By the time I got to the pier my pizza was a little cold and the crust was hard to eat but it did the job. For the price and what you get I am very satisfied. Not the best pizza I had but I did enjoy the ricotta cheese topped pizzas and the workers were extremely nice.“
