I rarely come to this location but I do agree with the other reviewers of inconsistency. I would also like to point out that there has been 2 instances where I order blonde espresso shots over ice and I hear the person taking my order let out a huge sigh with a tone of annoyance. Whoever you are, I hope your day and attitude gets better.
Service is hit or miss. Some emoloyees seem over-worked, some are really good. Perhaps some better training on how to show appreciation, acknowledgement and professional friendliness like saying, please, thank you or you're welcome. Give them a raise to the best and fire the rest. This probably can be said about mos Starbucks.
