“Great little Starbucks to get a drink or a bite to eat before or after traveling. Very clean, also has a drive-thru. No chairs but there’s a bar along the wall where you can stand at, relax, and have your beverage. No bathroom available for customers.“

“My favorite Starbucks. This place is usually always busy but the baristas are fast and always friendly despite working under the pressure of so many orders. The only bad thing is that you need a code to use the bathroom and there is so much attendance at this Starbucks that sometimes it is dirty. My recommendation is the lavender oatmilk latte.“

“I only ordered a donut, which to my surprise is very good. They are protein donuts, so I was surprised that they tasted so good. My husband always stops by for coffee after his bike ride. The caramel coffee is well worth it, especially after you have exercised.

“What an iconic place to call our daily fuel. Trident coffee has a limited menu, health forward (think functional mushrooms, sugar free and gluten free products) and true to their brand through-and-through. Their cold brew flights are awesome.

The food itself gets 4 stars only because some of the recipes are somewhat targeted to Keto-type diets and can be hit or miss in flavor and occasional aftertaste.

Trident's and its founders are deeply rooted in military service and perspectives and the shop has a mental health undertone that's edgy and clever. Service is lovely and as regulars, it's always great to have a friendly face that knows their customers.“

“Since coming here two weeks ago, I have been wanting to find a local coffee shop where I live to have the exact ambiance as this place. My partner coaches in SD and I stumbled upon this place, the drinks, the customer service, and overall the coffee shop was so cute! I love plants and they have an area you can sit in surrounded by plants and work on your computer. My brother had a refresher and I had an iced coffee. Both were delicious! I would love to come again when visiting SD. Hopefully we can get a place like this in North County!“

“I loved everything about this place. The coffee was amazing, the food was so delicious and the service was superb. They didn't have the Cubano sandwich I wanted (wah wah) but the server suggested the ABC toast. I enjoyed it so much I had to take one to go for my daughter to try just so I wouldn't have to try to describe the amazingness of it. I also got the Mexican mocha with oatmilk and it was incredible. So incredible that I was completely disappointed with my coffee at home the next morning. All in all, great drinks, great food, great people, great prices.“
