Bay Books Coronado

Came here sometime last year when I was visiting San Diego, and I loved this area in Coronado! Had to stop by Bay Books, and it's such a cute little bookshop! It is on the smaller side, but they have a good selection of all genres, and a huge YA/Children's section. I didn't have much interaction with the employees at the store, but I wasn't in any need of assistance so it wasn't a big deal. I love this place so much. Now Coronado holds a special place in my heart and I’m saddened to say that I will be moving to another state. I work in Coronado and anytime I get to walk around, I always go in here when I get the chance to pick up a beverage or a new book! I’m trying to read more and this book store is keeping me on track! They have awesome selections and friendly staff who can give you recommendations, all in all, I love this place, I’m gonna miss Coronado.

My favorite thing to do on any vacation is find the local bookstore. Bay Books was one of my favorite mornings in Coronado. I had such a delightful conversation with the woman there, sorry I did not get her name, but after long conversations and a nod from my husband that it was “time to go” I decided on a book she recommended.
