Just purchased 2 dozen of the TWIX speciality doughnuts. While the combination of Krispy Kreme and TWIX is a dream come true, I'm curious as to why these doughnuts are not nearly as soft as the typical chocolate glazed? Just a bit disappointing.
Pretty tasty.
This was some of the worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time. I was unfamiliar with the menu and had forgotten my glasses, so I explained that I could not see it clearly. Instead of helping me understand the options or mentioning that ordering a dozen might be a better value than ordering six individually, the employee repeatedly said, “We follow the rules here.”
