“I couldn't decide between the Cinnamon Toast Latte, or the Cardamom Honey Rose Latte, so I got both! And I still can't decide which one I like better. They're both delicious and I typically don't like Rose, but love cardamom and honey.
Go to Inspired Coffee if you want delicious coffee and great customer service.“

Great location. Fabulous reviews. End veteran owned. I was super excited driving to this coffee shop. The parking is not great.
I thought the cortado was just okay. I could tell the coffee bean itself had good flavor, but the cortado fell flat, too much milk and served way too hot.
On a bright note, Trident has some amazing coffee shop stickers which my nieces will love. The best part, I was able to sip it on the porch in the morning California sun. It’s good to be home.

“The coffee is here is excellent. Cold brew is spectacular black. It needs no sugar or milk. Smooth and sweet all by itself. Iced Aztec Mocha is a perfect blend of espresso, chocolate and milk. Skip Starbucks. Highly recommend!“

“I travel a lot and Torque is my favorite roastery in the States. They manage to produce amazing tasting coffee while also having an ethical relationship with their farmers.
More coffee shops should model their practice after Torque.“

“We were visiting San Diego for the 4th of July and happened to come across this wonderful coffee shop after walking around for a while. It was the perfect place to relax and take a break. The coffee was excellent, the music created a great atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Reyna is the best, she is so friendly. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.“

“I was looking for a coffee shop in this neighborhood and was happy to come across this place. It’s located in a small shopping plaza with a limited-time parking lot, which is really convenient since parking around here can be a bit of a challenge. I stopped by around 10:30 on a weekday, and it wasn’t too busy. They have a few small indoor tables along with some high-top seating, making it a great spot to study or get some work done. It ended up being a really productive place for me.The barista was very friendly, and I ordered a latte to enjoy there. It was delicious, although I was a little disappointed that they don’t offer “for here” cups.“

“I visited Nibbles for the first time in PB today with a Senior Tour Group. It was fantastic!! I had the Mocha drink and it was soo delicious!!! But not to mention their Chocolates!! They were tasty and could not get enough!! A much stop and visit place for sure!!!! And the owners a most wonderful couple!!! Loved it and will be back!!!“

My teenage granddaughter walked in and announced. “Wow, they have a vibe.” We had a delicious açai bowl and a turkey sandwich on a sourdough croissant! The customer service is outstanding! “Really enjoyed the matcha here, just shy of perfect. It was smooth and earthy with a nice vibrant color, and the flavor was well balanced without any harsh bitterness. The texture was creamy and the sweetness was pleasant, though I would have liked a slightly stronger matcha taste. The cafe had a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere and the staff were friendly. Solid drink overall, and I'd happily come back and try something else from the menu.“

“Best nitro cold brew I've found in San Diego. DropKick has genuinely spoiled me for other canned cold brews. The nitro pour is the whole show — they infuse nitrogen into every can before sealing it, which gives the coffee a thick, creamy texture without any milk or sugar added. Shake it hard, crack it slow, and you get that cascading nitro pour right out of the can, no keg required. I've worked through most of the lineup — Original, Vanilla with Maple, Cinnamon Turmeric, Bold Brew, and Horchata — and Bold Brew is my go-to when I need an actual jolt (340 mg of caffeine per can vs. 220 mg in the rest of the lineup). Horchata is the one I hand to friends who claim they "don't really like coffee" — it converts them every time. What sold me beyond the taste: it's actually roasted, brewed, canned, and kegged locally here in San Diego. If you're grabbing a can, keep it cold and give it a solid shake before opening — that's what activates the nitro. Highly recommend for anyone who wants coffeehouse-quality cold brew without leaving the fridge.“
