Good breakfast and coffee
Achilles Coffee Roasters is a delightful place to stop for a quick bite for breakfast. The service is friendly and efficient. There are a variety of options for the coffee and tea drinkers. We had the Harbor Island with added spinach and Breakfast Burrito with bacon. The harbor island is a delicious sandwich full of flavor. The burrito although stuffed, the potatoes needed seasoning. My bagel sandwich was excellent, east county. Filled with scrambled eggs with bacon mixed in with cheese melted on top. I had a warm honey latte and it was presented beautifully and hit the spot for my morning writing session. I’m not local, but if I were I would stop in regularly.

Achilles Coffee Roasters Gaslamp offers tasty coffee with great roasts and well-roasted beans. The acai bowls and honey cinnamon latte come highly recommended. The coffee shop has a super fun atmosphere, and the choices are amazing. The baristas provide great service and a wide selection of pourover brews. A nice, quiet location, especially on Sunday mornings.
The staff is friendly and helpful, answering all customers' questions. The sugar-free vanilla latte is a popular choice and is super yummy. The breakfast burrito is really good, with the soyrizo adding a lot of flavor. The Aztec, a cold brew coffee with Mexican chocolate flavors, is also a solid choice. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available, and the food and drinks come out at a good pace.
