First time visit server was awesome. Recommendations for food and drinks were on point. Portions were large. I have a small complaint. The shrimp quesadilla had about 8 very small shrimp. The cheese was delicious and plentiful but I expected at least a shrimp or 2 in each slice. I also ordered a frozen margarita and it came out not frozen the server returned it I saw the bartender sorted jerked it from her hand put ice in the blender with the contents on my glass pour it back...read full review
Stopped in for lunch yesterday with coworkers. I had the 3 street taco plate. None of the tacos were hot when they arrived at the table, even the tortilla was cold, but I was starving and ate them all. The service was friendly and attentive. A coworker had the Carne asada fries and said they were excellent.

We came across the Rockin' Baja Lobster as we were exploring the Gaslamp District looking for a good place to eat with a good kid's menu. We decided to have dinner here and weren't disappointed!We started with a couple of margaritas and their queso/salsa flight - that was a very easy good way to kick off a meal!
