“Wonderful coffee and service. Got the Honduran dark roasted San Jacinto Typical and the Colombian decaf. Excellent delivery service and super nice. I prepared the french press coffee using a burr-grinder (mid-large) and 80C water (typical methods). One obvious stand out to all other coffee I have had: they were both very smooth with no bitterness at all. The decaf has flavours of sweet vanilla and chocolate and is the tastiest decaf I have ever tasted. The dark roasted San Jacinto is a peppery dark chocolate that just brings joy and purpose into my day. Amazing.“

“I've been on the hunt for a local roaster all up and down San Diego county, and this little place just a couple miles away from me managed to slip under my radar until today, well, two weeks ago, but I went again today to stock up on beans, so I'm writing a review now. “A very cozy place! The coffee is sometimes delicious—it probably depends on the barista; I wish every barista working for the company were properly qualified. I ordered one shot of espresso and two shots of water online, but when I received the order, the 300ml cup was completely full. I pointed out that I had asked for only half a cup, but the barista simply poured out half of it instead of remaking the drink. It doesn't take a genius to realize that pouring out half the cup means the coffee concentration won't be what I asked for.“
