I have never...ever...loved a coffee as much as I love CrowBeard's Honduran La Paz. It is complex with the fullest body and depth I've ever had. The handwritten notes on the bag are "chocolate, citrus, caramel." All of those are present, stronger towards the dark chocolate with the citrus more muted. Little to no acidity, which I love. I am having a hard time finding words to express how good this coffee is. It is much more of an EXPERIENCE than a product. What Stephan does is more like creating art than coffee. It is what we drink coffee for. Please try it! You deserve it. If you have questions, message Stephen. He will go out of his way to get you what you need.

I was really impressed by this place. The employees were all very friendly and the coffee was delicious. The prices were extremely reasonable for what you get and everything is neatly laid out. I definitely recommend trying it if you have a chance.
