“My daughter and I came in here yesterday (January 21st, 2024) before iur trip to the mission. And it was pouring rain. Ambiance - this place is just so relaxing and cute. It is a small cafe but there are chairs and tables outside too. This place reminds me of my backyard very cozy. They have succulents all over the place and they also have cute merch near the counter. They also sell the coffee packs. ps. I should've bought one sugh !Service - when we came in it was busy. But it was fast and they greeted us!Service- I got the breakfast burrito and it was delicious! Good amount pf portion and I have extra for me to eat later. Then my daughter got the sandwich the one with bacon. She was really digging it. Now, she wanted me to make her some for breakfast. hehe. Then for our drinks we got hot chocolate (for my daughter) which was really tasty, and I got a surprise coffee with almond milk which was good as well. I asked the barista to just whip me something that is very strong so I can last the whole day. And it was delivered, Thank you!ps. we got to our destination and we just realized that we actually ordered a muffin. So, I called the place and texted my receipt to the owner and I got my refund for that. I appreciate it so much! We will be back someday! As we live so far away. But for now, I just know where to go whenever we're in the area.“
“Don't know how i've never reviewed this place before. But theres not much to say except its awesome. I love this whole place and their mission statement. The drinks are superb especially the sensory latte! Also, the bagels are huge and so good! I even asked them where they got them from. Prices are reasonable and both locations are amazing. Only problem is that theres not enough parking here for how many customers they got!!!“
“Amazing service - baristas always offer great recommendations. They often have seasonal drinks on rotation so I typically get a different iced latte every time I'm here. Plenty of tables to sit down and work or read. Drinks never disappoint!“
“Great place to study and good food/drinks. The hot chocolate was superb and the even have a cute little loft upstairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access, no automatic door buttons for bathroom/entry. But the side door is wide open and the bathroom is huge.“
“A nice place to come get strong, aromatic Vietnamese coffee. The place is fancy and well decorated. Staff are friendly and tables are clean and inviting. I love their classic Vietnamese Coffee. It is strong so be sure to let the ice melt a little so it's not too strong or bitter. I will definitely come back here to get some more coffee drinks. The plaza has adequate parking and not too crowded.“

“There is no sign on the outside and you have to go in the parking area to see the shop. I have been buying Wilson coffee from Fermentation Farm and I have always thought it's just coffee beans and tea packages and not over the counter coffee. Well now I was happy to see they have over the counter coffee. I was asking Matt how long has the counter been open and he said 12 years. And I was shocked as I always thought it's only a coffee roaster place. He said this is the normal reaction of folks coming in and ordering coffee. I know Wilson coffee is passionate about coffee roasting and having a cup of coffee feels like as fresh as I can get. You know where the beans are being roasted. The cool thing about this place is it's simplicity and attention to the coffee bean. No frills, just the best coffee bean in the neighborhood.“

“I went as part of the Elite Event and was graciously gifted a bag of coffee and a free coffee beverage of my choice. I also wanted to have something sweet to go along with it. I asked for something not super sweet though... and staff recommended the flowerless chocolate cake which I already had an eye on. The chocolate cake was moist and deliciously chocolaty. In combination with the relaxed view of the Marina I had a great afternoon coffee time!“

“It was certainly weird coming here having worked at the coffee bean it used to be! I got the Spanish latte (condensed milk and cinnamon) with an extra shot which was great. The baristas were super friendly. My only thing is the all white decor - I'm not a minimalist by any means so not a fan. I love a little flare, a little razzle dazzle if you will. Would definitely still go back to try other drinks!“
“If only they were in my neighborhood! I'm a Lavender latte girl. But I'm all about tasting the richness of a good Espresso, along with a hint of yummy lavender goodness. (As opposed to a cup of sugary syrup, with way too much cream and a hint of some metal tasting coffee.) Huskins makes their own lavender & it's beautiful. And ohhh that coffee, it definitely wins the Stanley Cup! . Thank you Huskins! PS I haven't stayed for the ambiance. No waiting around here, Baristas are Kind, knowledgeable and efficient! “Dark Horse is originally from San Diego so I was surprised to see it in OC. I love their matcha here and crave it from time to time. I never get oat milk with my matcha so I can't speak for the flavor combo of their matcha + oat milk. Buuut whole milk + their iced matcha is a winner in my book at Steelcraft. bonus points goes to the friendly staff members!!“
“ALWAYS ALWAYS AMAZING COFFEE. Such an underrated and amazing roaster. They're innovative and fresh. Espresso is fantastic as well as just their straight up coffee. They mix up there blends and roasts.If you want foofy drinks- they have them too, but done simple and right.Lavender or Rose Latte are delish. Recently tho I got their seasonal Autumn Spice Latte with toasted marshmallow whip... OH MY. Not usually a sweet coffee person so I only halfed the maple brown sugar syrup they make. PERFECT!!! THAT WHIP IS INSANE! It's slightly salted uuuh yurm.“
“The food was really good. We got the avocado toast and it was way better and supple than I had expected. I thought it was just going to be a regular avocado toast, maybe some feta, a little balsamic, but this one had arugula, radish, onions and spices covered everywhere. So so good, and the avocado spread was so thick and filling. Overall super solid eats. Coffee was great too, got the Madagascar Vanilla Latte and the taste was really nice, one of my favs from the OC. Lastly the ambience is sick. The ceiling has such cool art that looks insane with the the glasses and then the surrounding area and all the seating is so nice and inviting and comfy. Loved my experience.“
“Went last week for the first time, and it was a cute and small area to do homework in. I got a vanilla iced latte and it was good, but the syrup was very sugary (in my opinion) which threw off the taste a little bit. But it was still a decent drink and good spot to go to!!“
“After I decalcified my old Nespresso machines (again), I bought more capsules and paid attention. WOW - I can buy single use capsules and they'll recycle the used ones at no extra cost. AND what I spend for per cup (smaller amount, less caffeine) is within +/- 50% if what I spend to grind beans and brew a pot at a time at home. The "Green consciousness" and how Nespresso designs their whole luxury coffee lifecycle / experience truly is awesome! Kudos to Nespresso! I am grateful to enjoy these products.“

“I have purchased Blue Flame coffee Signature (3) different times, and (3) 12 oz bags each time. The coffee is very consistent tasting and to my coffee opinion very enjoyable. I drink (2) 12oz pour overs per day and I weigh both the beans and water. So I can safely state the coffee is consistent tasting. For best "pour over" taste, do not grind too finely, it will produce a sour acidic taste, but with proper grind sizing it tastes sweet and smooth. I'm using a Fellow Ode grinder, with a 5 grind setting, and I'm using the Hario V60 dripper, 12oz water with 23 gram beans. I highly recommend the coffee, and the 9 bucks per bag cost is phenomenal. Be sure to call before visiting, twice they were not there during business hours.“
