Stereoscope is a cute small cafe located in a commercial business area near corporate offices. They have some seating outside but the building next to the coffee shop has a few places to sit. Parking is limited but they do have a parking structure across the street which you can get 2hrs validated. I have been to their Buena Park location but never ventured to the Newport one.
