The coffee is good, the time it takes to get your coffee is not good. Only come here if you have plenty of time to sit around and wait for your coffee. Ordered a pour over and a cold brew way ahead of time only to wait almost an hour later.

Really cool coffee spot with exceptional coffee and great food. The pastries were delicious and the coffee was super smooth. Great outdoor seating and hip environment to grab a bite to eat or a cappuccino!

Waited 30+ minutes for a cold brew and an iced espresso which is absurd.Been here a few times. The coffee is good, but there is definitely an opportunity in efficiency and urgency. Maybe it’s a staffing issue. Hope they figure it out. I like a lot of other things about this cafe.

I come here often, service is usually exceptional, however, today, I waited 35+ minutes to get my drink AFTER ordering. I was sitting right in front of the bar the whole time and they never called my name out, even though they usually bring me my drink. I told the barista that I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes and he just hands me my drink from the shelf… I walked out of there literally with tears down my eyes because I wasted my time waiting for some matcha that is now watered down. Also, how do the baristas and the cashiers see a customer waiting for more than 35 minutes and not say a single word to them.

The Nakama ceremonial matcha latte with oatmilk and light vanilla syrup. It had a very weak matcha flavor, which was very disappointing - it tasted more like oat milk with a hint of matcha rather than a matcha latte. For a whopping $7.50, I expected the flavor to be a lot richer. The matcha powder was also not mixed in very well, as the drink felt very grainy, and that doesn't usually happen in other cafes with ceremonial matcha. The Spanish latte, on the other hand was very good, but I would suggest doing an alternative milk if you don't like your drinks too sweet. The flavor is really great, though, and would go even better with oatmilk (as opposed to the whole milk they usually use).In terms of service, the employees were very nice, and very patient when answering my questions regarding recommendations, flavors of the food/drinks, etc.Parking: Park in a parking structure, and parking is validated

They burn their beans and the coffee was over extracted. It's hard to know hype from quality before trying the place but this place is clearly all hype.

latte is fairly good, black coffee a little on the sour side. parking can be difficult, but there is plenty of space to sit. the line can take a long time, for some reason...

A lot of dust. I felt uncomfortable being there and left without placing an order.

It's too dirty and dusty to buy anything here

The food was really good. We got the avocado toast and it was way better and supple than I had expected. I thought it was just going to be a regular avocado toast, maybe some feta, a little balsamic, but this one had arugula, radish, onions and spices covered everywhere. So so good, and the avocado spread was so thick and filling. Overall super solid eats. Coffee was great too, got the Madagascar Vanilla Latte and the taste was really nice, one of my favs from the OC. Lastly the ambience is sick. The ceiling has such cool art that looks insane with the the glasses and then the surrounding area and all the seating is so nice and inviting and comfy. Loved my experience.

One of my favorite coffee shops in OC! Beautiful interior, high quality espresso, and delicious food. The avocado toast was everything... the radishes, spices, and oil drizzle was incredible.

Finely crafted brews in a business park. The coffee is outstanding and the service staff is knowledgeable and passionate about their offerings. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, including the foyer of the building. They validate for parking. The location is slightly sterile because the corporate surroundings, but on the whole it is a pleasant place for coffee and conversation and fits their branding.

Don't order online. I ordered online while on the way. When I got there, they told me I had to wait 30 minutes before they could make my drink. I saw people arrive 10 minutes after me and get their drink 10 minutes before they would even prep my drink. It wasn't even busy.
