Our first time visiting Kalaveras. The delicious salsa got me excited about the quesadilla we ordered, but it was a bit dull. My friend said her tacos were “fine.” Service was inconsistent, like maybe they were short one server? Music was oddly loud for a very sparsely populated early dinner crowd on a Sunday evening.
I went to Kalaveras last night for a relaxed evening with my wife and daughter. We arrived at about 6:00 p.m.
Although happy hour officially ends at 6:00 p.m., our waiter was kind enough to give us a one-hour extension, since the internet still lists 7:00 p.m. as the happy-hour end time.
The entire wait staff, and our waiter in particular, were attentive, friendly, fast, and pretty much everything one could ask for in restaurant service.
