The chicken was nasty. I have ate at alote of flame broilers all over OC and this one the chicken was by far the worst. Everything else was great the service was great and the wait was not long at all.. the chicken need help real bad .
The service here is excellent. The employee Miguel takes the extra step to ask if I am doing well and ensures that my order is correct. I love coming here to get lunch and I recommend others do the same.
Terrible customer service. Big guy at the register refused to greet me. I said hi twice then only realized he didn’t want to acknowledge me. I felt he was against me because he didn’t like the way I look. Didn’t say thank you either. He had this hate in his eyes. He did check to make sure I tipped him though. I wouldn’t want to be alone in the place with him that’s for sure. And the soda had no fizz. Bye. Forever.

Flame Broiler is a clean and friendly restaurant known for its delicious food and kind employees. They offer excellent customer service, going above and beyond for large orders. However, there have been issues with honoring their own coupons, specifically a BOGO deal which only resulted in a discount. The restaurant is conveniently located and a favorite among locals, despite the coupon concern.
