“I was so excited when I found this local roaster on Yelp, and to my surprise, Pacific Beans completely exceeded my expectations! To give you some background on my coffee preferences, I love purchasing single-origin coffee beans to make pour overs at home using my Hario V60. I usually buy online from highly reputable roasters such as Onyx Coffee Lab and Black and White Roasters. This local roaster is almost on that same level without having to pay for shipping or steep mark-ups. About a month ago, I purchased three coffee bean offerings from them (two in person and one online), and they were all amazing. I'm impartial to naturally processed Ethiopian beans, but I had to try the Indonesian offering, and it didn't disappoint! I did wish that the Indonesian offering was roasted lighter to get more of the fruity notes, because those beans seemed to grind finer than the other offerings I purchased. I also tried their El Paraiso and their Santa Lucia Gesha - both were amazing and complex in their own ways. I love that they didn't over-roast these beans and that they roast in small batches to ensure that you'll pick up a fresh bag. The exotic, fruity flavors really come out in these beans, and I was able to taste all the notes they had listed on the packaging (especially the El Paraiso, which was by far my favorite - the lychee notes were so prominent in that one!) Best of all, you can call ahead and place your order, and they'll roast it for you the next day. You can also order online on their website, and they'll ship it to you for free. They have a selection of freshly roasted beans on stock as well, if you're looking to pick up something quick. In person, service was very friendly and helpful. It is quiet, and the location is a bit hard to find (it's along an alley away from the busy traffic of Beach Blvd). It is quiet in there since their cafe is closed, but you can still visit during open hours to buy beans.“
“I was driving by and was craving a coffee to get the morning started.I ordered a latte with almond milk and it was great. Solid flavor and the temperature was just right. The top of the cup was very ergonomic which made for a pleasant drinking experience. “A nice place to come get strong, aromatic Vietnamese coffee. The place is fancy and well decorated. Staff are friendly and tables are clean and inviting. I love their classic Vietnamese Coffee. It is strong so be sure to let the ice melt a little so it's not too strong or bitter. I will definitely come back here to get some more coffee drinks. The plaza has adequate parking and not too crowded.“

I recently moved to the Fullerton area so I thought I would explore some of the coffee places nearby and this one is like a 3 minute drive from me so I said why not! When you walk in, you're immediately greeted by the workers and they make you feel super welcome! The interior is super cute and modern looking.As for the coffee, it was decent! I can't really comment on the coffee as I got a matcha latte but it wasn't bad! It just didn't taste as matcha -y as I like but it was a nice little pick me up in the morning before a hike. The next time I go I will try an actual coffee just to see how they make it here. All in all a cute little coffee place that I do intend on visiting again soon :)“
“I went as part of the Elite Event and was graciously gifted a bag of coffee and a free coffee beverage of my choice. I also wanted to have something sweet to go along with it. I asked for something not super sweet though... and staff recommended the flowerless chocolate cake which I already had an eye on. The chocolate cake was moist and deliciously chocolaty. In combination with the relaxed view of the Marina I had a great afternoon coffee time!“
“Don't know how i've never reviewed this place before. But theres not much to say except its awesome. I love this whole place and their mission statement. The drinks are superb especially the sensory latte! Also, the bagels are huge and so good! I even asked them where they got them from. Prices are reasonable and both locations are amazing. Only problem is that theres not enough parking here for how many customers they got!!!“
“It was certainly weird coming here having worked at the coffee bean it used to be! I got the Spanish latte (condensed milk and cinnamon) with an extra shot which was great. The baristas were super friendly. My only thing is the all white decor - I'm not a minimalist by any means so not a fan. I love a little flare, a little razzle dazzle if you will. Would definitely still go back to try other drinks!“

“It was a great place for Italian cuisine surprisingly in Walnut. Walnut needs such these amazing restaurants like Aroma Craft Coffee. The vibe is very calm… nice selection of music, and most importantly great staff. I was surprised that most of the staff were not Italian Americans but Asian Americans given the food on the menu was Italian food; however, they were experts in bringing an experience of Italian Bristol with an Eastern touch. I wish they could also serve low-percentage alcoholic beverage. But thats my wish and personal preference; a beer would be nice, or some nice selection of wine or rosé.Anyway, Great Panini and Amazing Pasta, those are the ones that I tried. The ice tea was quite refreshing as well! The food and the service overall is 10 out of 10 for me.I can see a future for this cafe of becoming a Michelin Star restaurant, which is going to be an important achievement for the City of Walnut.Thank you for serving our community.“
“Really good coffee, but as with most places, get there early if you prefer dark roasts. The Winchester and Capistrano are nice dark roasts. The Cranberry Rosemary muffins are really tasty. Nice place with a good atmosphere. Only one detail....**Please pay better attention to your restrooms. They're clean most of the time, but need checked for soap and paper products more diligently. Empty those trash cans, keep the soap dispenser full, and keep the paper stuff installed, and you'll get a fifth star. Thanks!“
“The three of us came and each ordered breakfast and coffee. This coffee is far superior to Starbucks. This is delicious. It’s fresh and smooth. I had a quiche and it was so yummy! I frequent this place in other cities and would recommend this highly over any other chain!Dietary restrictions: They have vegan and many other options for those with dietary restrictions.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to get up to the coffee shop and large spaces for wheelchairs. “I have purchased Blue Flame coffee Signature (3) different times, and (3) 12 oz bags each time. The coffee is very consistent tasting and to my coffee opinion very enjoyable. I drink (2) 12oz pour overs per day and I weigh both the beans and water. So I can safely state the coffee is consistent tasting. For best "pour over" taste, do not grind too finely, it will produce a sour acidic taste, but with proper grind sizing it tastes sweet and smooth. I'm using a Fellow Ode grinder, with a 5 grind setting, and I'm using the Hario V60 dripper, 12oz water with 23 gram beans. I highly recommend the coffee, and the 9 bucks per bag cost is phenomenal. Be sure to call before visiting, twice they were not there during business hours.“

“Found this place on Yelp and decided to give them a try. Ambiance: 4.5/5 Wednesday morning around 10:30am, there were a good amount of people, but not too crowded. No line tho. So I took my time with the menu, and the staff was helpful answering any questions. I ended up getting a cold brew with 2 different flavors in the cold foam. I forget which flavors but I asked the girl and she said it sounds good. My brother got the vanilla bean frappe. Drinks: 3/5 The cold brew itself was light but more on the sour spectrum. I am not a major cold brew connoisseur, so not sure if that's good or bad. The foam didn't add too much flavor to the drink, but I appreciated it was there. Not my favorite nor would I come back here for this, but maybe another drink. The vanilla bean frappe didn't have coffee in it - I don't think. I guess I assumed it would, but no worries about that. It was true to its name. He drank it, but we both agreed it was just alright. Service: 5/5 The service was great however, the cute merchandise corner was nice, and there was lots of seating and places to work or catch up with friends.“

“Stopped by on a Friday morning and this place was popping. Very friendly staff greeted me and the line went quick. Cold brew is super smooth and the breakfast burrito (BLUE?!?!) is bomb. Got the steak with green salsa. Omgggg it’s good. Worth the slight wait I had for sure.“
“Rhe service is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very peaceful. The food is great here, I had the French toast it was very tasteful with the fruit and honey on top. I always get the "love you berry matcha" it's very good probably one of the best match teas I've ever had. I give this place a 10/10.“

“Great coffee at the Bellflower location and at home. Bought a bag of their coffee to make at home and it was fantastic. Location at SteelCraft Bellflower is great, one barrista in particular always makes the coffee spot on perfect! Overall, great place. Props to the barristas who are mostly running shifts solo in the mornings and make it happen for customers.“
“My family and I are visiting California from Hawaii, and we wanted to find a coffee place near our hotel so I told them we should try this place. We got the hot chocolate, cafe latte, salted caramel latte, oreo latte, and croffles. Everything was carefully curated and tasted really good. Definitely will come here again during our stay!“
