I actually had no idea this was a vegan place, but it was a nice surprise since I usually have to worry about dairy content. I'd heard some say the hot chocolate was too mild, but I think differently: my iced chocolate was mild, but it's nice for the chocolate to not be overpowered by sugar. Dark chocolate is one of my favorite desserts and Nibble chocolate has a small but high quality selection of packaged chocolates and truffles. Their truffles are all vegan! I opted for the raspberry and coffee flavor. They are very transparent with their ingredients and cacao bean sources and the staff reached out to answer any questions. So excited to find this wonderful little shop while waiting for my passport to be finished. It's a beautiful small shop with amazing chocolate, great coffee and friendly service. You know that feeling when you taste something and your body starts to move with happiness? That is exactly what happened when I tried the raspberry truffle. It brought so much delight to my taste buds. Still dreaming about the wonderful flavor. Will definitely be back for more.
