Food was ok .. small we were told 20 min for table but took around 45 min .. it was a Sunday too .so ok no problem.. food was ok .. the waiter was nice but everyone in the front was super busy and they needed someone to bus tables ... Had to ask for utensils twice .. close to Little Italy ..
It's a nice place. The food is nice, not really for me, but everyone with me said that it was nice. The people were friendly. The location was nice. The wait time wasn't terrible

We had two different breakfasts at Harbor during our week long visit. Great food i had with the beet and sweet potato hash browns. I’ve never had beets I’ve liked so much. Plus, the people working at Harbor are a lovely group.
