The lobby is always clean even when there's a huge line or a lot of customers. I always get my food in time. The owner of the location even came up to greet my family on a few different occasions. “This location is a Gem! They are so much better than the one in El Cajon. They have always been curteous and accomodate requests as they make your sandwhich. Whoever is the district manager need to have these employees train the ones over there.“
“I wouldn't normally do this but I really appreciated the service that I got today at Jack In The box at this location. I called at about 11:30 to see if they had a certain menu item that some other locations do not have, and they actually answered the phone, which is if anyone else knows most fast food restaurants will ignore the ringing for hours. The guy who picked up the phone was friendly with me and quickly assured me that they had that menu item so I proceeded to drive over to that location. When I got there I was that person unfortunately who came at 5 minutes before closing time and I felt really bad about it but I was just really hungry and was looking for something specific to curb my craving. However the guy at the drive-thru was nothing but nice when I asked again if they had that item and he rung me up correctly for my items, and still proceeded to give me great service. When I got to the window, I found out his name was Ivan and he was the same person who kindly answer the phone and took my order at the drive-thru line. Even though I was their last customer of the day because I came five minutes late even gave me nothing but good customer service Ivan was very helpful and him and the line team made the menu item that I know they don't just have on hand and had to make fresh. Never was I given an attitude or anything, I asked for sauces and extra napkins and he was very kind and courteous to me and the food was fresh and hot. My last experience at the Jack In The box on college avenue wasn't so good so I decided to try this one and I'm very happy I did. Even though it's a little bit of a longer drive I will appreciate the service that I was given tonight and we'll be coming back again! Thank you guys so much for serving me even though I came late and not pretending that you didn't have an item just because you didn't feel like making it, that goes a long way in my book and I really appreciate it. I hope the people who are working at the location tonight get the recognition they deserve because their job is not easy and I commend anybody who does it while still being courteous to the customer.“
“I've never thought to write a Yelp review about Subway, but the woman who helped me today changed that. I didn't catch her name, but she deserves a raise or a promotion because I have never felt more satisfied with a customer service exchange in my life. On June 11th, 8:30pm my friend and I walked into subway hungry and just wanting something quick and easy. The woman working was extremely great at all aspects of the job, from joking with us about sub sizes to making sure the veggies I wanted were placed in the correct order. I asked for extra olives and she loaded them up, even checking to make sure it was enough. She even convinced me to get the subway app and check my mail for coupons. I don't need the subway app, but I got it on her recommendation. The subs themselves look better than an advertisement photo. I hope someone sees this and at least passes it on to the amazing woman who helped us. She deserves more than whatever she is getting, because she is the definition of phenomenal service.“
“Our visit to the Subway was a pleasant experience! The toppings were fairly fresh, and the staff wore gloves, maintaining hygiene standards. While it would have been ideal for the glass to provide better protection of mouth spray during order discussions, their sanitation practices surpassed those of other restaurants. Overall a very nice experience and the sandwiches are very tasty!“
“Best breakfast burrito in San Diego, no contest. Everything we’ve had here is delicious (tortas, burritos, tacos, rolled tacos), but their breakfast burritos with bacon and potatoes are something special—along with the salsas and hot sauces they make. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, we’re lucky to be close enough to visit the guys and eat here often!“
