I hate the Ordering automation. Please go back to Real people. It takes longer for me to process my order with the automation system.Because it keeps wanting to prompt me to buy other things.It doesn't let up and when I say no, thank you, my order's complete.I'm done I don't want anything more.It keeps going very very bothersome
Everything was wonderful. The lady taking orders and bringing them out was so sweet. The food was hot and delicious. This is definitely the location to go to if your around La Mesa or Lemon Grove!!!
The automated voice screwed up the whole order, I thought it was still on the car in front of me, I forgot not to come to this site , cashier was good not auto

Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. has amazing food and good customer service. The food is better than most, and the service from the staff is real good. However, the newer AI menu at the drive thru is a major problem. It does not work correctly and always takes the order incorrectly. It cannot answer basic questions like "what's your specials" and just stays silent. The AI gets the order wrong every time, frustrating regular customers. Some customers also complained that the employees do not know how to make a burger, using way too much of every condiment. Despite the issues with the AI and the food preparation, some customers say this is a good Carl's Jr. and a good place to eat, but they will not use the drive-thru again.
