Carl's Jr is the first restaurant I've seen that does take orders by artificial intelligence and actually it's pretty neat because even though there was an error when we initially put our order in just talk to him normal and they actually correct the air and the order comes out right. I've never seen artificial intelligence taking over like that before so it's pretty neat I've seen that now at 2 Carl's Jr locations. They are the only locations of any fast food restaurants that I've seen that takes orders from the AI system.

New computer generated ordering in the drive thru. NOT a fan!! I wanted very well done fries, but 'it' stated I needed to ask at the window. By the time my turn at the window came, my order was ready...with LIMP fries. No accommodation for ordering assistance with a live person is frustrating! Won't be back!!!

I've been coming to this Carl's Jr ever since they first opened over ten years ago. When you dined in, they always brought you your order once it was ready. Now, they call you up to the check out to get your order like you're at Kaiser Permanente pharmacy or something. I don't know why they switched serving their patrons like this! Very unprofessional ?!
Ordered at the drive through everything went smooth fast and I like this location the workers here always do a great job thank

Drive thru was a little busy. I was at the speaker with three cars in front of me. No one came to the speaker until all three cars were gone. Then she had an attitude saying, "Are you ready to order" like I was the hold up. Got to the window and paid. My order was ready very quickly. But everything was very cold. Almost seemed like this was someone else's order that was left behind and they finally found someone ordering the same thing.
