I’ve been to the Otay Ranch location back to back the last couple of days and every time I was greeted and had my order taken promptly( helps that i already knew what i was having) i was there no more than 10 mins both times from the time I entered to the time I left.Both times i ordered the cauliflower crust carnivore pizza. I think the pizza oven needs to be cleaned.
There was a lot of black residue stuck to the bottom of the pizza dough. It was so much that the black powder came off on my hands. I had to brush it off before eating the pizza.
The staff’s service was also not particularly friendly or impressive.
The pizza itself was just average.
I hope they improve their oven cleanliness and overall service.

Every time I come here, I get treated Really well by the staff. My orders are always made fast and well. The place is clean and chill.
