The pizza was so bomb. Wonderful establishment and I love their rising crust pizza , it actually is puffy and thick. Personally I do not like thin pizza dough so having that alternative is amazing. It’s best when it is fresh out of the oven. Highly

I love blaze pizza. They have great options and I always walk away satisfied with leftovers for the next day! I love that they have vegan cheese for my lactose intolerant children too! I will say that sometimes certain employees don’t spread the sauce or toppings to the edges but when I ask them to, they don’t seem to mind.Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese and lots of vegetables for toppings!Dietary restrictions: They have vegan cheese

I was surprised and shocked that the employees would let the trash in the dining area overflow when they were not really busy. Too bad there wasn't a manager/ adult around to not have that happen.

A nice option for build your own pizza, however this location tends to be inconsistent. Ordered through Doordash and they made three out of four of our pizzas slightly wrong, missing an ingredient each. I think there's only been one time where everything we ordered came 100% correct, but I like to give them the benefit of the doubt & just assume they ran out of some ingredients, and we only ever order to go so it's hard to know for sure. Still tasty regardless!

Do not eat here! 5 days ago my family ordered two pizzas and my youngest child had to run to the bathroom - to spit out what turned out to be a 1 inch thin/twisted metal!!!! When by husband went to the store to report the incident, the lead for the night (I won't share her name here) apologized and said this ISN'T the first time this has happened. She said it's happened before and knew exactly what we were talking about - it was a piece of the metal from the tomato sauce can (from when they opened it). She admitted it was their fault/negligence and explained how someone who preps the sauce in the morning is supposed to strain the tomato sauce from the can but must have missed it!!! What in the world?!? This is a serious issue and could lead to serious injury. We contacted corporate and left our info with this store. We have yet to receive any response!!! We will definitely be following up with their corporate office as this is something that should not be taken lightly. Obviously, by their lack of attention and follow up...this store doesn't take these issues seriously - since they are repeat offenders of this "mistake" and have no service to follow up on this matter.

Absolutely incredible customer service. We ordered from Florida to deliver to our son in San Diego. We put the wrong phone number on the order so it wasn't able to be delivered. My son went to the shop to ask about the order and they made it fresh for them. Thank you for taking care of our Navy son..

During my visit to Blaze Pizza, the store was relatively empty, with just one other customer. While the pizza was delicious, with a perfect crust and generous sauce and cheese, I was disappointed with the limited number of pepperonis - only seven, when I'm used to more. What stood out, however, was the deviation from the usual ordering process. Typically, I walk in and specify my toppings for a build-your-own pizza. This time, the employee interrupted and didn't allow me to list my toppings immediately, stating I could do so later. It created confusion as I couldn't convey that I wanted both pepperoni and olives. Despite the tasty pizza, the unexpected change in the ordering routine affected my overall experience.

Go somewhere else dont go with the trend or follow the hype, it will be a waste of your time and money. They need to clean their pizza oven.We still ate the pizza, didnt complain but will not be returning. Hopefully they will take my comments and use it to be better and do better.SERVICE: First we stood in line to place an order and when we realized we wanted order another pizza the lady that we had to get her attention couldnt understand what I was trying to do. Afterwards we sat down and waited for our name to be called, but unfortunately this other lady would use her indoor voice and would only call names out one time. Pizza boxes were stacking up aside from mine which was apparently done but I had to ask if my name was called which apparently was called.FOOD: We ordered 4 pizzas Double Pepperoni, Meat Eater, Barbecue Chicken and White Top. All four were burnt on the bottom with barely any sauce. We were eating at a booth and you can see smoke inside the pizza oven, which is a sign that it needed to be cleaned. Pieces of burnt bottoms of each pizzas would be left be hind only to be burnt more and stick with the next pizza being made. Crispiness was good but needed more of everything else.ATMOSPHERE: Seemed like a good lively place.WISHFUL THINKING: Staff needs to be retrained. Myabe have a computerized sign showing your food is ready so it wont get cold while you are wondering if your food is done. Maybe even just have staff speak up when calling out names and recall names if the pizza hasnt been picked up.

WORSt SERVICE EVERRRRR first off, there was about 6 workers and it took them 10 minutes to get them to take our order and by the time they did, the line was out the door. Unacceptable. I'm pretty sure majority of the workers were high. By the time I started to order my food, the girl helping me was sooooo rude. I asked her to mix the garlic herb sauce and red sauce on the pizza twice. When she splattered the herb sauce she tried to put cheese(the wrong cheese) on the pizza when I had to ask her AGAIN to mix it in. She then THREW THE SPOON down and walked away. I was beyond in disbelief. On top of all of that, instead of them turning their ice machine back on, they stuck a sign up saying no ice. Everyone was forced to drink warm fountain drinks!!!! IF YOU WANT GOOD PIZZA GO TO PIEOLOGY ITS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. Never again EVER

I ordered 3 pizzas for pickup. When I got home and opened the boxes this is what I found. I tried to call to complain but was directed by recording to complain on their website! We ate the toppings and threw away the rest. Got an email today offering a free dessert on my next visit. How about a refund?? Back to Bambinos!
