I usually get the original giant pretzel when I visit a Wetzel. I picked one up and had them salt it. It was good, but could of been heated more thoroughly. They applied a good layers of melted butter which allowed the coarse salt to stick to the pretzel. It was a soft pretzel. The ladies working were funny and quick to serve. One thing I do not understand about this location is that they have plenty of room, but there are no tables and chairs inside.
Wow I can't believe all the horrible reviews I see here. The employees here surpass my customer service expectations especially Christine she's awesome! They have a great buy three pretzels get one free deal that's worth every penny and it's worth having the Wetzel pretzel app.

We occasionally go there to pick up a snack before we go to the movies. But recently the pretzels that we get are either stale or not available. You would think with the movie theater upstairs you could time it right in preparing your pretzels could be fresh. We got some just this last Tuesday before going to the movies. It was 6:45 pm.
