If your sandwich maker is having a bad day , Beware!!! , no smile , no hello , eyes rolling , sloppy sandwich is what you are going to get , lol . I thought that was somewhat funny . Maybe she was having a bad day, but don't take it out on my sandwich. It's a good thing that I was watching the process of the making of my sandwich , at least nothing else went into it .
I love subway & was craving it so i stopped by my nearest one ,food was amazing which is why i'm giving it the two stars but the costumers service was horrible. Lady in front had a attitude the whole time, i got greeted with a "are you going to order " in such a rude and unwelcoming way. Then proceeds to RUSH me into telling her what i want. Food was great don’t get me wrong ,but only 1 worker taking on a lunch rush. Seen multiple people turn around due to the long line. She indeed handled it the best she could ,but I could tell she was overwhelmed. This location is inside of a mall not sure why she’s not receiving Wayyy more help with walk in orders , mobile orders and people dinning in.
