We went into visit Wetzel pretzel for the birthday reward. Because I didn't have my app downloaded and when I tried, the app was not available for iOS and the owner was extremely rude to my family. He said if he have it to me he would have to pay out of his pocket.

We occasionally go there to pick up a snack before we go to the movies. But recently the pretzels that we get are either stale or not available. You would think with the movie theater upstairs you could time it right in preparing your pretzels could be fresh. We got some just this last Tuesday before going to the movies. It was 6:45 pm. The cashier told us that that's all we have. So we ended up getting one pepperoni and bag of weitzel bits. We asked the freshes ones to get. Well the next day my husband and I got sick on the pretzels that we got. We both got sick and I happened to be in bed for a day. My stomach was upset all day and my husband got sick at work. Now we both decided that this Weizel Pretzels location is not the place to purchase anything. It's the pretzels are not fresh the employees lag in information given in preparing the pretzels. Too many chances at this location. Sorry you lost my business. My next location before we go to the movies is Plaza Bonita. I know their pretzels always fresh.

Worst experience of any wetzel's Pretzels I've had. I went in to order a lemonade as I was attending an event being hosted in the plaza and was attended by an incredibly rude young man. I requested a large lemonade was given the wrong size and filled it with ice. I went back in to tell him and he SOLD me another drink and didn't make the situation right. I also paid with cash and would not give me 5 - 1s in change because they were running out. It was at 2PM on the afternoon... overall, terrible experience and I won't be returning.

The food is always dry and harder than a rock. Taste gross. The girls are cool but they need to pay attention on how to cook. I don't think I'll return. Went twice and both gross.
I ordered a jalapeño cheese dip and pizza bitz paid for the jalapeño cheese and I didn’t get it I’m really annoyed and couldn’t eat my pizza bitz without the dip they’re just so plain. don’t waste your money here it’s pricey and not worth it.

I had a free birthday pretzel coupon and they refused to honor it because something about their machine being down....I think it's horrible customer service to not honor someone's free birthday pretzel. Would not go back to this location due to the lack of customer appreciation.
