Came in for lunch with my son, it’s been a while since I’ve had great customer service in a fast food restaurant. Kowen was amazing! He welcomed us & made sure we had a clean table to eat on. He was very attentive & you can tell he respects his job. We usually go through the drive thru but I think he will eat in more now.

Taco Bell is a restaurant that generally gets orders right, but one location struggled with this. A customer ordered a taco and pintos and cheese, but received a cheese-covered potato dish instead. Despite the waitress repeating the order, it was incorrect. However, another staff member quickly corrected it. On a positive note, another customer found the restaurant to be clean, well-maintained, and with friendly staff. They also appreciated fast service. One downside mentioned was the push for using digital kiosks, which can cause delays when people are unfamiliar with the system.
