Their sandwiches are fantastic and the service is always spot on. I have celiac disease and require a gluten free diet. I can always count on that option here. They ask if it is allergy or preference and when I tell them it’s an allergy, they take proper precautions including cleaning the grill to avoid potential cross-contact. Worth the wait for a delicious sandwich (They use Udi’s GF bread) I can actually eat! Thank you San Carlos Jersey mikes!
Excellent service yesterday, November 28th, 2023 during lunchtime at this location on Navajo and Lake Murray Blvd. The gentleman that were working were clearly good as a team and of the sandwich shops around, I would say their customer service was above average. The food, well if you know Jersey Mike's you know how it is: Delicious and consistent in its delivery. For me, customer service is paramount and these guys nailed it. Thank you! I'll be back.
