I am a huge fan of Jersey Mike's subs, and go to various Jersey Mike's locations in San Diego often. This service at this Grantville location is the absolute worst!!! I went to pick up a sub for dinner and had to wait 15 minutes to even order. There was only 1 person in front of me in line. There were 2 people working- 1 was making sandwiches and the other 1 was doing nothing. But the worst part of it was that when I got home, I found that they had made my sandwich wrong. I frequent this Jersey Mike's for online orders, and the convenience is unbeatable. The shared plaza with Vons, Rite Aid, and Bank of America means ample parking, and I consistently find a spot right in front. The staff is incredibly friendly, always ensuring our orders are promptly prepared and ready upon arrival. As an Italian sandwich enthusiast, I can't get enough of theirs - it's consistently delicious!

Tati and Elizabeth are legit! They deserve raises! This location will be my new Jersey Mike's home. I 'loved' the college location til I met the night crew, which led me to this one. The way they made my food was absolute fire! ? Tati and Elizabeth made me feel so welcomed and stoked to be there it was like I was talking to 2 of my besties. So they the new homies now ??
