Carl's first-born son now owns this place. They closed the location in Ukiah because they never got any business, and they hired some questionable folks to run the kitchen. I would have done more stars they tend to be really good here but tonight was horrible!!!! Only one car Infront of us and one behind us that's all...... And they still messed up my order extremely badly. My sandwich does NOT have mushrooms in it and they put tons of them on it !!! Which I'm highly allergic to!!! And when I tried calling them after taking tons of meds to save myself all I get is a fax dial tone!!!!

The last 3 times I have been here I have ordered my normal burger; the #2 SuperStar, no cheese, no onions. First 2 times they kept the cheese, this last time they didn't even put the extra patty. I didn't know that the requirement to work here was incompetence.
