I started going to this location a few months ago since the location I frequented for years, about 2 miles away, has been disappointing us with the food and service quality for the past year at least.Bagels are definitely much better baked/ prepared at this location. Customer service is ok, not wow fantastic but definitely not bad as I read in other reviews!
I gotta say I was really disappointed in the customer service at Einstein Bros. I ordered the baker's dozen the night before to pick up the next morning for my coworkers. When I got there I was told to check the rack and "if it's not there, they're still working on it." Wow, still working on it?!!? I had ordered it to be ready for a specific window of time.
