“Delicious bagels. Soft and very fresh! I wanted to try the rosemary and shakshuka bagels, but they were sold out by the time I got there (1pm). The sesame bagel was excellent though. FYI: they stop making egg sandwiches at 11, so plan ahead if that’s what you want. Also kosher Cholov Israel (wish I’d known about this place sooner!). Will definitely be back.

Update: I made it back for the Shakshuka and the Rosemary bagels (photos) Rosemary might be my favorite so far!
The Shakshuka sauce is delicious, the bagel is more like a soft pizza crust (yum!) however the egg might get overcooked if you ask to toast it- just so you know.“

We absolutely LOVE their bagels (they are heavenly and actually give you a good amount of cream cheese!)I love the look of their merch, my only complaint is that we visit yearly, every single year I try to get merch and they are always “sold out” 😔 I dunno how everything is always sold out every-time I ask the last 8 years. Online they tend to be sold out as well the few times I have looked. It is such a dang bummer. I’d love to support with wearing merch. Still hoping one trip I’ll get lucky and they will have something in stock 😅. Also, their lemonade is super super tart. So if you like it sweet like I do, dont get it. The sugar did not help it at all and I added a ton 😂 The other drinks are good!“

“They have the most amazing drinks. I’ve gotten a hot Chai Late and an Iced Vietnamese coffee. I also got a Lox bagel it was so amazing. They ate super fast and kind. I highly recommend and I’ve gone 2 days in a row because I loved it so much. It’s very cute and cozy too! Love this place and will continue going back.“

“My daughters & I visited this area in March & found this cute little cafe. It was so good we ate there 3 mornings in a row. Andrea greeted me by name on only our 2nd visit there. If you want a friendly, quaint little breakfast place I would highly recommend The Cliffs Cafe!“

“TK Donuts is hands down the best donut shop around. If you’re looking for that nostalgic, classic donut that reminds you of childhood, this is the place. Their donuts are perfectly light, fluffy, and have just the right amount of glaze without being overly sweet or overdone like many other places.

They do a great job of balancing tradition with creativity, always offering a section of specialty flavors and fun designs for those looking to try something different. But it’s their classic donuts that keep me coming back.

The service is just as amazing as the donuts. After only my first visit, the owner remembered exactly what I ordered. Now when she sees me walk in, she already knows what I want and has it packed up before I even ask. That kind of personal touch is rare these days.

On top of everything else, the shop is incredibly clean, and the donut display is always beautiful and well organized. You can tell they take pride in every aspect of their business. TK Donuts has earned a customer for life!“

I usually switch between a jalapeño cheese bagel with cream cheese and a plain or jalapeño bagel loaded with ham, egg, and cheese. Both options are absolutely delicious. The jalapeño cheese bagel has that perfect little kick to it, balanced by the smooth, creamy richness of the cream cheese. And when I’m hungrier or need something more filling before a long workday, the ham, egg, and cheese sandwich totally hits the spot. “Never heard if this bagel shop before, but just happened to come across it meeting someone in the shopping center. Before even entering, the smell from outside was wonderful. Upon entering, decor was nothing special. I ordered a Bakers dozen trying 6 different varieties. Was impressed with some of the bagels such as onion and Everything bagel had toppings on both top and bottom of the bagels. There was a good variety of choices and all looked good. I didn't have any issues with service, but could see a problem with staffing and trying to keep up with orders if asking for toasting or making a sandwich. Great price!!! For 13 bagels, it was just under $20. To me, a great deal. Bagels had an incredible smell and were tasty. My only complaint would be for them to have a little bit more of a chew to them. Definitely the best bagel I have had in North County thus far.“

“Bruegger’s Bagels made our morning with a breakfast order that delivered on both comfort and flavor. We started with the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese breakfast sandwich, which was classic, satisfying, and exactly what you want from a go-to breakfast—warm, hearty, and delicious. The Farmhouse breakfast sandwich was equally enjoyable, offering a well-balanced and filling option that didn’t disappoint.

The real standout, though, was the Sriracha Honey Sunrise breakfast sandwich. This one absolutely stole the show. The sauce hit that perfect balance of sweet and heat, elevating every bite and turning a great breakfast into an unforgettable one. It was bold without being overpowering and easily the highlight of the meal. After this experience, Bruegger’s has earned a spot as a regular weekend breakfast staple for us. Honestly, we’re not sure why the review score is as low as it is—our breakfast was fantastic from start to finish.“

“Apparently this doughnut shop has been around for a long time. I driven by here hundreds of time and didn't even know it was there. I stopped in for a maple old fashion and a cup of coffee.

The maple old fashion was very good. It had those good crisp edges and soft middle. The maple flavor was very good. The lady Chen, dropped a couple of glazed doughnut holes in my bag and they were good. The coffee was very good. It was of the drip variety and it was smooth with good flavor.

The owner Chen was very nice. She was a one woman crew when I came in, and with several customers, the handled it well with a smile on her face. The doughnut shop offers a variety of doughnuts, breakfast sandwiches, frozen yogurt, and ice cream.“

“I came in for breakfast before work and ended up being really glad I picked this place. The bagels tasted fresh and had that nice chewy texture without being too heavy. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese and it was made really well, hot and filling without being overdone. The staff seemed friendly and kept things moving even with a decent amount of people coming in. The coffee was pretty good too which honestly made the morning better lol. Def a spot I could see myself coming back to when I want something quick that still tastes like real food.“
