Such good bagels!! And not just that but their smoothies are so good and the staff is very nice!
While we love golden bagel, food is great and service when not busy is great but when it's busy, it's horrible. They need a system like starbuks or jersey mikes where you can grab your own pick up order by alpha order on a countertop or shelf. The bags of food are sitting out of reach and site and they don't call out when the order is ready so everyone keeps approaching the counter asking is mine ready, is mine ready. GB just clean up that process and you will be Golden again...read full review
