Cash only if I remember right, they've been in business since the 90's even though it's not visible from the parking lot, tells you all you need to know about how good they are. Super cheap, super yummy. Hidden gem in San Diego
Live in Rancho Peñasquitos for 40 years. Been to different donuts shops, but still continue to return to PQ Donuts! Every time I visit my young adult children in Hawaii they ask for PQ donuts.

I just wanted to say that this is one of the best donut shops around. Fresh, great tasting donuts and Amazing prices! A dozen regular donuts for $12.50! At a time when prices for everything has more than doubled, this shop has kept the down!!!
