I have tried to give this place multiple chances over the last year and it's just not getting better. If anything, the customer service is getting worse. I have placed multiple orders online for pick up and the app says to give it anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. I usually place the order with 15 to 20 minutes lead time. When I was a kid, I used to crave bagels from Einstein's because I felt the quality of the bagels were so good and fresh. I'm not sure if it's this location or because I came after 12 but I walked in and everything felt so dated and like an overworked airport kiosk. However, aside from first impressions, I was helped right away, coffee was made in seconds (it was sweet and that caffeine really hit you immediately), sandwich was out not long after, and overall I felt very satisfied!...read full review

Happy, kind people work here... I was greeted promptly and when the person making my sandwich realized they'd made a mistake, they apologized and corrected it before it was even given to me.I noted that the staff was especially patient with people who had come in just minutes before closing and were taking their darn time ordering.I apologized for coming in right before closing and they said it was no problem at all. Could not have been kinder and made me feel more welcome.
