I didnt expect to have a bad experience... we were in line but then the next one in line (in front of us) was called over by another cashier on the other side and then when it was us, the previous cashier moved away from the counter and we had to ask 'can we order here still' but then they told us to head to the other cashier that open. So we had to wait behind 5 people when we should've been next in line

The bagels were fresh, warm, and had a nice chewy texture without being too heavy. I got a toasted bagel with cream cheese and it was pretty solid, especially with the amount of cream cheese they put on it. The shop had a relaxed, local feel and the staff was friendly enough. Service took a little longer than I expected, but nothing crazy. Overall, it was a good breakfast and I’d probably come back when I’m in the area again.
