Customer service is ALWAYS excellent…. It’s the lack of SOME cooks who either don’t understand or don’t care of what MILD and/OR NO to ingredient items that were suppose to be substituted AND PAID EXTRA for. 3 times in a row now I wasn’t given the proper order substitution and my Kung Po chicken was SPICIER THAN SPICY , which couldn’t be eaten. We asked for MILD, NO SPICE and was told “No problem”. That was a waste of $13.00+. It was beyond sickening to even...read full review
