Happy, kind people work here... I was greeted promptly and when the person making my sandwich realized they'd made a mistake, they apologized and corrected it before it was even given to me.I noted that the staff was especially patient with people who had come in just minutes before closing and were taking their darn time ordering.I apologized for coming in right before closing and they said it was no problem at all. Could not have been kinder and made me feel more welcome.

Only had half of the options available. Staff could be a little more aware of the customers.

Fast and kind. It was busy and crowded but the line moved quickly.

Customer service was very slow. It was our first time there, there was an order cashier but there was no one there so we assumed that all the order were being taken on the pay side. We waited for 10 mins until the pay line moved and then the pay cashier wouldn't even look at us to help. She had a very angry face too. Horrible experience, just go to Starbucks around the corner.

I have tried to give this place multiple chances over the last year and it's just not getting better. If anything, the customer service is getting worse. I have placed multiple orders online for pick up and the app says to give it anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. I usually place the order with 15 to 20 minutes lead time. Every time I've gone in the last few months my order is never ready. It's nothing complicated. Usually one roasted bagel with cream cheese. The things I see at this location is that they are understaffed, have a high turnover of new employees, and have management that doesn't know how to actually manage. I am sure I can stop being lazy and toast, the bagels at home, but sometimes the specialty bagels don't taste the same when they're store-bought and not fresh.

Well beyond its life expectancy. The menu has changed, bagels are not a priority at all. I will never shop another location again. Over priced, no flavor, horrible selection, terrible menu and a depressing atmosphere. Service was ok but you could tell they are over the new look.....

When I was a kid, I used to crave bagels from Einstein's because I felt the quality of the bagels were so good and fresh. I'm not sure if it's this location or because I came after 12 but I walked in and everything felt so dated and like an overworked airport kiosk. However, aside from first impressions, I was helped right away, coffee was made in seconds (it was sweet and that caffeine really hit you immediately), sandwich was out not long after, and overall I felt very satisfied! Even though the sausage was a little underwhelming in size and the bagel was smooshed and not fluffy, their efficiency was much appreciated.

I came in from being up all night in the ER and all I wanted was something quick, yummy and comforting in my belly. Boy was this the wrong place to go!What happenend to the cream cheese?? Where did the delightfully delicious bagels go??!It used to be the bagels were oozing with a generous serving of cream cheese, but now we’re lucky to get a teaspoon! And my all time favorite jalapeño cheddar was a joke, a miserable little parody of what it once was. I took one bite and immediately regretted going there. I would’ve been much better off going to Vons—their jalapeño cheddar bagels are amazing. Not only was the tiny dollop of cream cheese barely there, but the bagel was BURNED—and COLD!!! How do you do both??? Don’t get me started on the lack of smiles behind the counter. How anyone can so royally screw up a bagel to this extent is beyond me.Bottom line, my expectations did not meet reality, and I was sad. I was expecting a golden cheesy-jalapeño bagel all fluffed up with cream cheese, slightly greasy from the cheddar, a bit messy. But, nope. Dry, charred, and joyless.

I've been coming to this location for about the past 5 years. I've always been greeted and acknowledged by my first name. I mainly enjoy breakfast early on Sunday morning. The staff here is so nice and very welcoming. I love sitting and enjoying the view of the 15 freeway. It's just nice. Thank you Einstein staff?

Sunday Nov 12 around 11am I took my parents to go eat here . It was my first time and theirs as well . First I ordered a smoothie and the cashier told us that they didn’t have the ingredients to make the smoothie I was okay with that . We finally got our food and my dad got up to get himself and my mom hot coffee and it was ice cold . My dad went up to the cashier and asked for warm coffee we even asked if they can just put in a microwave . and she yelled at him saying then there isn’t any . I then got up and said well then why would you charge us for coffee if there isn’t any ? Then another co worker came out and said no worries I’ll make you guys a new one . Then my dad went up to the cashier again and asked for napkins same cashier told my dad there isn’t any . Another customer heard and went to Starbucks to get my dad napkins . I noticed all the tables where really dirty and I noticed the cashier was just standing around talking to her co workers now I really think she could of made a smoothie but she was just being lazy .

If you don't mind waiting 45min to an hour for your food it's good but not worth the wait you can go to a restaurant get seated order get your food and pay the bill faster that it takes them to make a few bagels

Oh look, just as predicted the manager wrote a generic "oh no" message... I assume the same manager that stood there while their employees refused to make my online order. The online "form" they suggested offered nothing more than a discount on a future purchase. What? No thanks. We will not order from this location, and neither should anyone else. Keeping the same review, "Robert." When this many people are having the same issue with your location, maybe management itself is the issue.
