Bottom line: Toasted bagels with schmear and a couple of drip container dark roast coffees should be the easy-peasy mainstream stuff here. It is not. For some reason this location has the worst bagels. I’ve been a longtime bagel consumer and this location has always been my go to. In the last year I’ve been increasingly disappointed!!My biggest concern is that it seems like they have either missed a step in the process or are not using the same recipe!!??Bagels there lately are NOT what you would expect from a bagel, from their bagels!No shinny crust and no soft chew on the inside ?. 1. They charge $1.00 to use their bathroom to customers 2. The bathroom is disgusting and toilet handle was broken 3. When you try to tell them how to fix toilet they say they will take care of it then put a "not in service" sign on door 4. When you shout asking where to order (bad signage) because the background music is so loud they reprimand you for being rude!
