Although the counter person was very thorough and ask me all the right questions, including do I want to buy the booklet... i gave her a three because she put three container packages of ketchup in the bottom of my bag...
And I absolutely hate ketchup.I requested no ketchup on my burger, which there was none. But when somebody does not want a condiment, do not shove it in their bag.Assuming that I wanted when i've already taken it off!
This is wasteful to the company....read full review
