The last 3 times I have been here I have ordered my normal burger; the #2 SuperStar, no cheese, no onions. First 2 times they kept the cheese, this last time they didn't even put the extra patty. I didn't know that the requirement to work here was incompetence.

Carl's first-born son now owns this place. They closed the location in Ukiah because they never got any business, and they hired some questionable folks to run the kitchen. That's all a thing of the past.Vegetarian options: They will allow you to order anything you want, whether you are vegetarian-positive or just showing symptoms.Dietary restrictions: The french fries are vegetarian, cooked in a blend of lard and grease, and heated until they are dripping with residual oils.Parking: Very popular with the locals. Bring your coupons! They accept competitors' coupons!Kid-friendliness: Carl had several children, some of whom worked in the kitchen preparing fast food for meager wages.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes! Carl had a friend who used a wheelchair so all of his restaurants are accessible by our chair-bound brethren.
I would have done more stars they tend to be really good here but tonight was horrible!!!! Only one car Infront of us and one behind us that's all...... And they still messed up my order extremely badly. My sandwich does NOT have mushrooms in it and they put tons of them on it !!! Which I'm highly allergic to!!! And when I tried calling them after taking tons of meds to save myself all I get is a fax dial tone!!!!

The shift leader Lance is horrible. He was completely rude while ordering, then he almost forgot to give me my card back and screamed at me. It startled my pregnant wife. Got the salted Carmel milk shake. It was way too salty, absolutely disgusting. LANCE NEEDS MORE TRAINING. It's baffling to me to have someone that incompetent and rude be a shift leader.
