“today was my first time through the drive through and they accidentally gave me wrong order, but completely made up for it and when i brought the problem up the general manager michael was super professional & kind and wanted to make sure i left a happy customer. Accidents happen and the way they handled it alone assures i will be a returning customer. It's refreshing seeing good customer service“

“I recently visited Panera Bread, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the bakery-cafe was warm and inviting, with a bustling yet cozy atmosphere.To start, I opted for one of their signature salads, the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. The combination of crisp greens, tender grilled chicken, sweet apples, crunchy pecans, and tangy Gorgonzola cheese was simply divine. The accompanying Fuji apple vinaigrette tied everything together beautifully, creating a symphony of flavors that left me craving more.For my main course, I couldn't resist trying one of their famous sandwiches, the Turkey Avocado BLT. Each bite was a harmonious blend of freshly sliced turkey, creamy avocado, crispy bacon, ripe tomatoes, and lettuce, all nestled between two slices of hearty bread. The flavors were balanced to perfection, making it a truly satisfying choice.To accompany my meal, I ordered a cup of their Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and it exceeded my expectations. The rich, creamy soup was loaded with chunks of broccoli and melted cheddar cheese, creating a comforting and indulgent experience with every spoonful.To top it all off, I indulged in one of their freshly baked pastries, the Chocolate Chipper Cookie. From the quality of the food to the friendly service and inviting atmosphere, it's clear why this bakery-cafe chain has earned its stellar reputation. “Maddy and Kiara were friendly and efficient. This is my first time at a Panera, and I am impressed by the how clean and comfortable it was.I ordered an iced almond vanilla Madagascar latte and enjoyed it.Lots of seating available. Lots of parking available even if the lot gets busy sometimes.“

“2nd time I visit this loc since is closer to home. Very disappointed, 2nd time I order my favorite salad with no bread. I ask (the girl that call me to pick my order) for my bread and she said " they run out of bread because they were too busy" I feel the should always have bread available for customers since is also a bakery. Definitely won't go back to this loc, they seem careless about customers needs since other customers were asking for the bread and all the kids in the kitchen were just laughing“

“Omg! I come here after school a lot and I really like the pastries and the staff is super nice :)My friend and I both have sip club so we stop by for drinks a lot and occasionally get a kitchen sink cookie or a scone (both very yummy).I don’t really like writing reviews, but I had to because of how nice one of the employees is! Miran is the sweetest employee I know and every time I come in she makes my day! I know this review probably won’t do much for her or the location, but I just had to tell everyone how cool the location and staff are.Thanks for reading!“

“New location so girls behind front counter are somewhatconfused...but they are new @ Sports Arena address. Food at all 3 visits was terrific, daughter & I happily shared a huge bagette sandwich..plenty of food!Vegetarian options: We had the toasted baguette veggie & it was great.Parking: We always park in back where there's a few spaces along w/disabled space.“

“Food was hot and ready in minutes.And they leave your table alone so you can enjoy your meal in peace.NO PRESSURE.Which probably comes from not having to turn over the table so quickly to bring in the next people.Which is mostly due to the self service, I believe.Nobody to hurry you up for the next tip at that table might have something to do with it.AND THATS GREAT IF YOUR A PATRON.Their 'Endless Sips', is the best deal around.“

“Nothing bad about this place. The staff seems nice enough even though I feel like sometimes it's understaffed. It's adjacent to a high school and a middle school, so it can get very busy during the lunch time and after school. The price has gone up quite a bit, and honestly I don't go there unless someone wants to meet me there.“

“Thank you for a positive experience. We dropped our dog off at a local medical clinic to wait for a few hours.The entire staff is very friendly. I saw the managers helping out w/cleaning and organizing the back. This is a very clean cafe. Took one star off because they got wiped out by a large impromptu order that cleaned out the bagels.I also love that this location includes college-aged staff that are UCSD students and people of color. “Signed up for their free trial. Free drinks for two months. Got the BBQ chicken sandwich with tomato soup. And free lemonade. Everything was excellent. Got food fast. I usually do not go to Panera because it's a little expensive. I'll be back.“
