“I reduced 1 star on food because the menu had changed eliminating my favorite foods. I eliminated 1 star on service because they no longer bring your food to your table. Instead you get a buzzer that tells you when your food is ready and you have to walk up to the counter to pick it up.“

“I love using the app to order ahead here. Their rapid pick-up shelf makes it incredibly easy to just walk in, grab your food, and completely skip the lunch line. The mac and cheese was perfectly rich and creamy, and the dining area inside is clean and quiet enough to get some quick work done. Perfect option when you need a healthier fast-food alternative.“

“Their was a manager and two female employees that were working at 0615 in the morning, I thought a large order for bagels went through, but it had not and they got the order done quickly and brought everything out to me. That was one of the best service I have had in California.“

​I previously reached out regarding concerns about the coffee quality at your 4S Ranch location. I wanted to take a moment to provide a follow-up, as I believe credit should be given where it is due.
​I have noticed a significant improvement in both the coffee quality and the overall service recently. The Dark Roast is back to the standard I expect from Panera—fresh and properly brewed.
​Furthermore, the atmosphere at this location has improved immensely thanks to the new team. I’d like to specifically highlight Jordan, who has been providing exceptional service. It makes a real difference when the staff is both professional and welcoming.
​Thank you for addressing the previous issues. It’s great to be able to enjoy my coffee at the 4S Ranch location again.

“The store was not at all busy when we went during dinner hour. We were surprised. Perhaps it the location—it's in the parking lot of a hotel. Our food came out practically immediately. The dining area and restrooms were visibly clean.

Overall, I don't recommend Panera (the chain) due to multiple locations messing up my orders numerous times, which is concerning because my order is always flagged and modified for allergies. So I didn't even bother ordering and eating here, but the rest of my group enjoyed their food.“

“Panera Bread has consistently good quality food, a varied menu, and customization offerings. The personnel are welcoming, hard working, personable and professional. The dining room is well maintained and clean (tables and floor/carpet) and the trash/dirty dishes area is attended to frequently. The seasonal menu specialties are always fun.
JUAN is the BEST. I misplaced my phone and Juan stopped to personally assist me actively- he found it! A wonderful kindness to a traveling person panicking over a temporarily missing phone. Thank you again Juan!“

“Food was hot and tasty. The dining room is large! One of the biggest I’ve seen. Lots of outdoor seating too. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. The dining room did have a strong funky smell that was off-putting. But it was clean to the eye.“

“As always the Panera employees are polite, quick to answer questions and very patient! I absolutely love eating at Panera and this location is one of the nicest locations that I enjoy going to whenever I have a chance. The food is always great and they will give you fresh bread when you ask about getting oven fresh bread 😊 their soups are hearty and their creamy soups are very delicious and well… creamy! Their sandwiches and deserts are also very delicious and the drinks are awesomely refreshing! 10/10 will continue to eat here again!“
