For the first week of opening the service wasn’t good. When we got our food they had a mix up and gave us the wrong food and we had to wait for a solid 20 mins. They did give us a free cookie and smoothie but I think the food should’ve been free at that point. I love Panera it’s been my childhood go to for food.
Ordered veggie sandwich and grilled cheese sandwiches.. the veggie sandwich was on cooked side , disappointment was the server didn’t ask us choice of apple or chips at all , and didn’t ask how well we like our sandwich toasted.. though the other server replaced chips with apples, it would be good if that is asked while you do a drive in order. The sandwiches were much smaller than any other panera we had been.

today was my first time through the drive through and they accidentally gave me wrong order, but completely made up for it and when i brought the problem up the general manager michael was super professional & kind and wanted to make sure i left a happy customer. Accidents happen and the way they handled it alone assures i will be a returning customer. It's refreshing seeing good customer service
